Jackie’s practice is devoted exclusively to the representation of injured clients. She has represented hundreds of individuals who have been seriously injured in automobile collisions, truck accidents, premises accidents, and workplace incidents. She has also represented individuals who are injured by unsafe products and as a result of nursing home abuse or neglect.
Jackie is passionate in her representation and believes that every injured client deserves their attorney’s personal attention. For that reason, Jackie is involved in every aspect of her clients’ cases, from intake and investigation through resolution.
Jackie is a 2004 graduate of Marquette University Law School.
Jackie began her career working on behalf of insurance companies, defending against the claims of injured individuals. During these years, Jackie developed an understanding of the ways insurance companies evaluate the claims of injured individuals.
Because her passion was always in representing people individuals, Jackie happily transitioned her practice in 2007 to the representation of injured clients.
Since that time, Jackie has assisted countless clients in reaching settlements of their claims without having to file lawsuits. Where just settlements could not be reached, Jackie has represented clients through the litigation process, including trying several cases to verdict. She is aggressive in her representation of clients and has achieved many positive results for her clients.
Jackie is a current member of the Wisconsin State Bar, Wisconsin Association for Justice, and American Association for Justice.
Jackie was named a Rising Star by Milwaukee Magazine’s Super Lawyers Edition from 2010 to 2012, and from 2014 to 2018. She was named “Top 40 Under 40” by The National Trial Lawyer in 2016, Cambridge Who’s Who Among Executives, Professionals and Entrepreneurs in 2008, and “Top 40 Under 40” by National Trial Lawyer in 2016. She has been a speaker for the Wisconsin Association for Justice, the Milwaukee Bar Association, the Professional Association of Wisconsin Licensed Investigators, the Wisconsin Bar Association Annual Convention, and TrialSmtih.
Jackie believes attorneys are in a unique position to provide essential assistance to the community. Accordingly, in addition to her practice, she is actively involved in various community organizations. She serves as a volunteer attorney with the Marquette Volunteer Legal Clinic, which provides free legal advice and referrals to community members. She also serves on the board of a Christian daycare center in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin. She is also a proud supporter of St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
Jackie is a life-long resident of the Milwaukee area. She currently resides in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin with her husband and three daughters.
